Love, Laugh, Live – who knows what tomorrow has in store?

After writing my previous post, I remembered me writing about Love, Laugh and Live in my personal website long time back. Here’s it again:

Love, Laugh and Live!

Love, Laugh, Live. Who knows what tomorrow has in store for us?

Love – Love All, Hate None! There is some purpose for God to create us. And, I feel my purpose is to love everything God has created and enjoy each and every moment in my life.

Laugh – Smile Always, most importantly when you are down with problems. One thing I always take in my life is, God will always give me something which I deserve in my life, not what I ask for. Because God knows what to give you and when to give you. He will do miracles if you trust him and enjoy each and every moment in your life.

Live – Live like as if there is no tomorrow. Take the other two words very seriously when you live. You can do wonders in your life if you believe in yourself and in God.

Open Source Software enthusiasts at their best – Sigh!

Look at this page folks!

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1

This looks extremely funny and too much. Opening a bug for "Microsoft has a majority market share" in desktop PCs. To the open source developers or enthusiasts – how do you think an open source developer will make his bread and butter if he gives away the piece of software he wrote for free? This is a very simple question – open source enthusiasts may tell you the mantra of support! I can’t really understand this concept – the software will come for free, but not the support – what if the software itself have a lots of bug for which the user definitely should open support incidents with the developer or the company for supporting. Isn’t something burning there – what if there is an intended bug created to raise the support calls? how do I trust since this is coming for free?

This is my personal thought and always I had this thought – think a lot before buying or owning something which comes for free or which comes for a price which is way less than its original price.

Now, you got to think which one you should own? Is it Microsoft Windows platform which has a nominal price for its products and has a great support for its products? or the free platforms –  I’m not going to name them!

PS : This post is my OWN PERSONAL thought and it is not to influence anybody or the any product.

Exporting Feeds from Windows Live Mail

If you wonder there is no option to export your feeds from the Windows Live Mail, don’t worry. It is the Internet Explorer 7 Feedstore where your subscriptions are getting stored. So, to export your feed list, open the Internet Explorer 7, click on the "Import and Export".

Follow the wizard to export your feeds to an OPML file.

And, WLM is the feed reader I use mostly. I’m not currently using any web based feed readers, I’m happy with WLM. I hope there will be some web-based feed reader from Microsoft as an alternative to the much hyped and more used Google Reader.

Windows Live Messenger 8.5 BETA

I know I’m little late in posting this. Just wanted to write about this Windows Live Messenger 8.5 BETA which I enjoy using it every minute. I always like the seamless integration of Windows Live Messenger with other Live services – for example Windows Live Favorites. Check out the new plain interface:

I love you WLM 8.5 BETA – expect more from you in the coming days!
