One cool Vista Sidebar Gadget!

Today, I downloaded a cool, really cool Sidebar Gadget on my Vista Ultimate.

Description:

Manage your clipboard from Windows Sidebar. It is easy and handful. It makes your work with the clipboard more effective. The top line always shows the current clipboard content. Other lines show clipboard history. Click any line to make it current. ENJOY!

Here I have listed my favorite Live Services:

WLMD is my favorite one because that is the one I use most. I read my feeds on WLMD. I have configured my Office Live Mail accounts on WLMD. It also works well with my WLW. WLS is my favorite blogging place. I simply love writing on this. WLG is my favorite place where I find many interesting Gadgets for my web (Live.com), WLS, Vista Sidebar, Live Search Macros, et all.

WLM is my favorite IM, I chat with my Yahoo! buddies also. Also, it takes my WLF where ever I go. WLW is my favorite blogging tool. It is the best of its kind. I blog my personal and tech blogs using this tool. It is really awesome. WLF – simply rocks. But I really want a feature where I can share my WLF with my friends.

Microsoft Office Live is a cool service. It also offers free domain name, but with basic features in Office Live Basics. It is awesome. Check my website http://www.rakkimk.com hosted on Office Live. WLHM is a cool mail service. I love the interface and yeah, people can now say, "Hotmail has really evolved!".

WLT works well for me. I love its integration with other Live Services, WLF in particular. I used WLF button to sync my links on my computers. I use WLA to give me alerts on my subscriptions on my WLM. And, finally WLQA is a wonderful place to hang out.

DreamScene really rocks!

DreamScene is one ultimate feature of Windows Vista Ultimate. I enjoy each and every moment of using my Vista Ultimate! It really rocks, no words to explain.

Updated Windows DreamScene in my Vista Ultimate!

Folks, today I saw that Windows DreamScene is available through the Vista Update. I was so happy, because I was waiting for this for so long! This allows users of Vista Ultimate to put their WMV or MPEG Videos as their wallpaper!

You can also download DeskScapes from Stardock which is a free tool. This extends us to put .dream files as the desktop. Currently there are some .dream files available in their website, hope many to come. You can also make your own .dream file using DreamMaker software which is also free.

It is all fun to have our own videos as the desktop! I love it! Here is the screenshot of my desktop with DreamScene loaded. I chose the Bear.WMV present in the %SystemDrive%UsersPublicVideosSample Videos on Vista. How is it? Looking cool ha?

Today, all over the world, some will be so happy, some will be so nervous, etc. Yeah, Valentines Day! Love is in the air, it is always!

I wanted to compile this post for my dear one! She is the one who cares for me a lot, admires me for everything I do, even it is good or bad. She is with me always in all the situations in my life. She had never let me down in any situation. She always do what is good for me. She understands me very well. She is the light of hope I have in my life. A supporting shoulder always. New Themes for Live Spaces!

Windows DreamScene

I am really looking forward for the release of Windows DreamScene, which will allow Windows Vista Ultimate users to use their .WMV or .MPEG file as their desktop background.

This is gonna be an ultimate feature of Windows Vista Ultimate. As posted in Windows Ultimate website here,

"Microsoft is finalizing testing of Windows DreamScene through a Technical Preview phase. The technology preview bits will be made available very soon. Stay tuned for more updates."

My Favorite Feature in Live Search!

I was really amazed by the feature of Scratchpad in Live Image Search and that is my favorite feature.

You can drag and drop your favorite images into the Scratchpad and you can group them by Collections. Also, it will be there if you return next time to the Live Image Search. Below is the screen shot of my Scratchpad:

I have my favorite images of Swami Vivekanada in the Scratchpad as a collection. I would love to see this becoming roaming (want to associate my collection to my Live ID and it comes with me where ever I login). Currently it is a local browser only feature.

Or am I missing something? Whatever, it is a very cool feature and I love it!
